Terms of Service for Master Catechism™
Master Catechism is an educational software application produced by Tradivox, Inc. (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By using it, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Master Catechism, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not access or use the service. Tradivox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the product after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Master Catechism is a digital tool that provides users with the interactive service of answering questions on Catholic doctrine, using artificial intelligence (AI) software to generate responses curated from approved Catholic catechisms that span the last 1,000 years. This service is available in both free and subscription-based tiers.
We do not claim or guarantee conformity of the Master Catechism’s AI-generated answers with the express and official teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. However, the cited source materials do maintain this conformity, per the original ecclesiastical approval of each document.
The display of content derived from official Catholic teaching documents does not constitute any claim on the part of Tradivox to be engaging in any official teaching action on behalf of the Catholic Church, and any claims of engaging in such action may be regarded as “material harm” as described below.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Master Catechism, users may need to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payment
Master Catechism offers a Pro Version available through a paid subscription plan, which is managed via the third party vendor Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to be billed according to the terms of your selected subscription, and you accept those terms and conditions described by the vendor. Subscriptions can be terminated at any time, but the service will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account or subscription at any time through Stripe. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
